​Entisar Tower is a 119 story mixed-use and residential tower comprised of serviced apartments, studio apartments, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom freehold villas and luxury penthouse suites. Each residential type has its own distinct lobby, pool terrace, and associated amenities including gathering spaces, daycare, gym, and cafe. Included in the program are all-day dining facilities, specialty restaurants, world class spas, full floor workout facilities with suspended running track, and conferencing and business centers.

Employees of the San Francisco office, initially through Quezada Architecture and then subsequently AE7QA, in participation with AE7, performed interior architecture and design, providing full service interior design, 3D visualization, and space planning as well as assisting in construction documentation in Revit, FF&E selection and material specifications.
