Located in close proximity to the Burj Kalifa, the Downtown Towers Hotel and Apartments consists of three 24 story towers with shared amenity spaces including a spa, gym, daycare, and all day dining facilities. The 4-star hotel is located in Tower One with expansive 1 and 2 bedroom suites in the corner units. The apartment towers consist of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with full living room, dining room, and kitchen. Employees of the San Francisco office, through AE7QA, in participation with AE7, performed interior design, space planning and 3D visualization for the hotel, apartments, and all amenity spaces.
