Located in Pitkin County between downtown Aspen and Snowmass Ski Resort, the existing home was all original construction. With the addition of a new entry and stair volume, the interior spaces are much more efficient and spacious. Raising the roof and enlarging the windows allows for expansive views and daylight throughout the day. With a very serious concern for mold and fire, all materials and systems inside and out are highly considered and resistant to fire and moisture intrusion. Project is currently in permit review.
