The Pathline Park Development project in Sunnyvale involved Interior Architecture and Design Services for tenant improvements across six separate office buildings and one amenities building.

The Project area is approximately 700,000 SF and the Project Program includes a mixture of labs, chamber spaces, open offices, offices, conferencing and support spaces.

The project was targeted for LEED Gold Certification as required by the City of Sunnyvale. The project scope included cosmetic improvements to the first floor of the Amenities building and full design and Interior Fit out for the Office and Lab Buildings.

QA worked as Associate Architect as part of an integrated team with Gensler. We seamlessly collaborated on the design and documentation through construction and permit submissions.
